Private Label Expo New York is committed to keeping health and safety at the forefront of everything we do and adhering to all venue, local, state, and federal mandates. As of September 10, New York state has updated its guidelines, and all guests will now be required to show proof of vaccination to enter the Javits Center.
In accordance with New York City and recently updated state guidelines, one dose of the vaccine is accepted, and acceptable proof of vaccination include your CDC vaccination card, a photo of your vaccination card, or a copy of your digital vaccination card on a vaccine app. In addition, all guests will be required to wear face masks while indoors at the Javits Center, regardless of vaccination status.
Exhibitors and attendees can also get their badges on-site with the proof of vaccination credentials indicated above. Please see the FAQs below for additional information.

Yes. Per New York City and recently updated state guidelines, individuals must show proof of having received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. (See “What types of vaccines will be accepted” for list of acceptable vaccines).
Individuals must present their vaccination proof from the above listed approved forms (see “What Forms of Vaccination Proof Will Be Accepted”) along with an ID with the same identifying information as their proof.
Our secure, third-party partner will be verifying guests prior to entry to the Javits Center, outside. Once verified, they will be granted entry to the Javits, where our event digital badges will grant guests access to our event.
Your privacy matters to us. A secure, third-party will review all vaccine documentation, and no health records will be stored.
Unfortunately, no. Only individuals showing proof of vaccination can enter the Javits Center and attend the events per recently updated state guidelines.
Yes, if an individual cannot provide proof of vaccination, they will not be able to access the Javits Center. We recommend taking a photo of your vaccine card, so you can readily access it.

The Javits Center allows for appropriate density management and distancing measures and is among the safest venues in the country with GBAC accreditation.
As a result, we will not be limiting attendance numbers, but will implement widened aisles and manage flow to keep participants safe.
The Javits Center is among the safest venues in the country, featuring Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) STAR accreditation which is a gold standard of prepared facilities and demonstrates their commitment to the highest standards in cleaning and sanitization.
In addition, the Javits Center has installed hospital-grade, High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters to improve filtration, with the entire volume of air in the venue exchanged five times a day.
